Saipan is a beautiful island in the Pacific Ocean in the chain of Mariana Islands. Guam, also in the Mariana Island chain, is considered its own US Territory while the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) is another separate US Territory made up of Rota, Tinian, and Saipan with Saipan being the largest of the CNMI islands.
